What is the standard shipping timeframe for large equipment?
Most treadmills and ellipticals are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 7-10 business days via our specialized freight partners.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we offer an optional 'Room of Choice' delivery and professional assembly service at checkout for an additional fee to ensure your equipment is set up correctly.
What is the warranty coverage on SOLE Fitness products?
Most of our machines include a lifetime warranty on the frame and motor, along with 3-5 years on parts and electronics, and 1-2 years of in-home labor coverage.
Can I return my equipment if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
Do SOLE treadmills require a subscription to use?
No, unlike many competitors, SOLE equipment does not require a monthly subscription. You can access all built-in programs and manual modes without any recurring fees.
